This Privacy Policy explains how GoBizzHub collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you interact with our platform, programmes, mentorship network, and Learners to Leaders initiative. We process personal information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and other applicable South African laws.

- Platform usage, mobile applications, KasiMatics gameplay, and learning modules.
- Mentorship interactions, community posts, surveys, and support tickets.

- Payment service providers, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and third-party integrations authorised by GoBizzHub.
5. Why We Process Personal Information
We process personal information to:
- Deliver platform functionality, including learning content, analytics dashboards, KasiMatics simulations, and mentorship tools.
- Onboard and support entrepreneurs, learners, mentors, and educators.
- Administer subscriptions, billing, invoicing, and financial assistance programmes.
- Measure programme impact, generate anonymised research insights, and report to partner institutions.
- Send service communications, alerts, updates, and marketing messages (subject to consent and opt-out rights).

Our processing is grounded in the following lawful bases:
- Consent for optional services, direct marketing, and learner participation beyond core programme delivery.
- Performance of a contract to provide services to entrepreneurs, institutions, or mentors.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Mentors, facilitators, and educators bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Payment processors (such as PayFast, Ozow, Yoco, SnapScan) to complete transactions securely.
- Technology vendors and analytics providers that support our platform under data processing agreements.
- Partner schools to deliver Learners to Leaders outcomes and safeguarding oversight.

When transferring data outside South Africa we implement lawful safeguards, including hosting with certified providers and adopting appropriate contractual clauses.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards such as SSL encryption, role-based access controls, secure development practices, regular audits, and incident response procedures. Mentors and educators receive safeguarding guidance before accessing learner data.
9. Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, to satisfy legal or reporting obligations, or to resolve disputes. Entrepreneurship training records are typically retained for up to 36 months, while learner records follow school agreements or statutory retention periods. When information is no longer required it is securely deleted or anonymised.
10. Your POPIA Rights
You have the right to:
- Request confirmation of whether we hold personal information about you.
- Access and receive a copy of your personal information.
- Request correction, updating, or deletion of inaccurate or unlawful data.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing or direct marketing.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests or automated decision-making.
